Review: Mario Kart
8 Deluxe Booster Course Pass Wave 2
So the next wave of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe DLC tracks are launching August 4th. When I reviewed wave 1, I fully intended to review each subsequent wave as well. I even updated some aspects of that review so that the format would be consistent.
It's not going to be an overly long review, there's not that much to talk about, but it'll be a fun review to make and, hopefully, a fun one to read.

Review: Bowser's Fury
Because of the above DLC, my follow-up to the Super Mario 3D World review got pushed back a week. And what else could that be than a review on the pack-in add-on of the Switch version: Bowser's Fury.
A fun proof-of-concept for a future style of Mario game that adds a lot of value to the Switch port. August 20th
The Future of Tomb Raider
At the time of writing the game I'm playing is Rise of the Tomb Raider. That has started to make me think about the future of one of gaming's most iconic franchises. With Square Enix selling the IP to Embracer group, Crystal Dynamics started work on the next installment in Unreal Engine 5 and the film rights lapsing, There's not a shortage news to talk about.

Review: Pokémon Master Journeys
Closing out the month is a post that's a bit overdue. I've kept up with the current Pokémon anime, watching an episode every Sunday. I finished all the Master Journeys episodes a few weeks back so it's about high time I give my thoughts on the season. My review of the previous season has become something of an evergreen article so I'm very interested to see how this one will be received.
